We are a boutique property management company founded with the guiding principles of providing service excellence and integrity to our clients in addition to a deep commitment to our community.
Growing up, I wanted to follow in the footsteps of my father. He founded, owned, and operated a property management firm in Virginia for over 40 years. Through him I saw a successful business built one client at a time on the same principles we adhere to today. Over the years, relationships grew and so did his love and commitment to the community he served.
When my husband and I settled in the Fort Bragg/Moore County area over 25 years ago, I knew we’d found the perfect community to raise our young family. I got my Real Estate license and quickly went to work helping my friend Kristi Snyder open Everything Pines Real Estate.
After building a successful business helping clients buy and sell real estate, as a favor to a few of my clients, I slowly began managing a few properties. A few short years later, I opened EPP Rentals so that we could serve our clients with property management. Word quickly got out about the quality service we provided, demand grew, and as a result, EPP Rentals was born!
Today, I am proud to say, the entire EPP Rentals team reflects my commitment to excellence and our guiding principles. Our seasoned real estate professionals are ready to use their extensive experience and their drive to succeed to make sure your investment property goals are reached.

Kellie Adams
Owner - Broker - Realtor - Property Manager
Kellie is a residential real estate broker and the owner and broker of EPP Rentals. Licensed in North Carolina since 2014, she began offering property management services to clients who previously purchased their homes with Everything Pines Partners, LLC. Once the word was out that Kellie offered such a stellar service, the demand grew and EPP Rentals was born. She is thrilled that EPP Rentals continues to grow and that customers (property owners and renters alike) continue to provide positive feedback.
Kristy Beversdorf
Property Manager
Kristy, a residential and commercial real estate broker, joined EPP Rentals in 2022. She has worked in the commercial real estate field, both sale/lease and property management for the past 10 years. While she still helps clients with commercial needs, her main focus is property management. Friendly and outgoing, Kristy knows the ins and outs of military moves and is here to help relieve the stress associated with property management and locating the perfect home for tenants.

Paige is a residential & commercial real estate broker who joined the EPP Rentals team in 2022. Her extensive background in project management turned out to be the perfect fit for Property Management where she focuses on making the rental process seamless for both property owners and tenants. Paige has a passion for building trust, growing relationships, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Utilizing her project management expertise, she thrives on making the property management process seamless for both property owners and tenants, while providing all her clients with superior client service and support.
Linnea Eiremo
Property Manager
Linnea Eiremo has a background in EMS and has acquired many great people skills that she has learned to apply towards being a property manager. Linnea thrives to keep her landlords and tenants fully informed and assist in providing a smooth and enjoyable process whether for the tenant or the landlord.
Bridget Sutherland
Property Manager
Bridget has been in real estate since 2012 and a property manager since 2014. She joined Everything Pines Partners and became a property manager with EPP Rentals in 2019. Being a native of Moore County she primarily services the Moore County area as a rental agent sales agent/broker and property manager. She is married with a one year-old daughter and has two fur babies.
Evie Pacheco
Property Manager
Evie is an agent with Everything Pines Partners Fayetteville and EPP Rentals. She served many years on the ambulance with Emergency Medical Services. Evie is a people person and is a pleaser by nature. She is dedicated, hard working, and is a team player. Give her a call so she can help you with making your home an investment property. Lauren Bowman

Lauren specializes in residential real estate and can represent both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Lauren prides herself on making every transaction as seamless and as smooth as possible.
Before starting her real estate career, Lauren was a high school math teacher for eleven years. During that time, she learned many skills that have been transferable to real estate; such as communication, organization, and time management. Lauren has found that her teaching background has allowed her to effectively break down and explain the buying and selling process so that it is easily understood by her clients and ultimately alleviates the stress and overwhelming feeling that can come along with buying or selling a home.
Furthermore, Lauren grew up as the daughter of a residential draftsman and has always been intrigued by architecture and interior design. She has personal experience in purchasing raw land, designing, and building two separate homes for her family. She knows first hand how exciting… and stressful home buying, building, and moving can be.
Lastly, and most importantly, Lauren is a proud military spouse and the mother of two amazing children! Lauren is also a doggy mom to both a Weimaraner and German Short Haired Pointer. When she is not busy with real estate, you can find her spending time with her family!
Heather Hughes

Heather currently is the Property Management Specialist and the Owner/Broker in Charge for the Everything Pines Partners Sanford location. Heather enjoys coaching, community service projects, cooking, and hanging with her chickens in her free time. She is a great leader with strong people skills, organization, and attention to detail. She is a systematic problem solver and an excellent communicator with stakeholders. As a mother of 3, Heather understands the importance of flexibility with clients. She looks out for their best interests and goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are happy! Heather is a one stop shop specializing in residential real estate, property management, and commercial real estate. She builds long lasting relationships with her clients and is honored to serve her community in Sanford and surrounding areas.
Mav Hankey

As a through-and-through Southern Pine’er, Mav has a special affinity for downtown Southern Pines historic homes and horse properties. After owning and selling multiple properties before landing at her dream Youngs Road horse farm, Mav understands the importance of wanting to live your dreams and is eager to help you do the same. Mav first started in real estate in Southern Pines and then spent 16 years selling real estate in Toronto, Canada. Returning to Southern Pines in 2008 was heaven! Chris is a native of Southern Pines who has lived other places but was lucky enough to be able to return to this wonderful town.
His commitment the community runs deep as illustrated by his 10-years of service on the Southern Pines Town Council including a term as Mayor Pro Tem.
Chris' long professional career, which includes customer service, marketing, eCommerce, manufacturing, and real estate started right here in downtown Southern Pines when he began work at the bike shop at age 14. He has a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
